* 招聘职位Technical Trainee / Assistant Officer – Technical
* 职位描述1. Assist in daily operations and property management of the Company designated properties that are including complaint handling, security maintenance, cleaning and facilities management, etc.
2. Coordinate with leasing, tenant services and community relations, building management as well as external consultants, designers, governmental departments
3. Assist in following up all maintenance contracts to ensure that expected services are being delivered
4. Assist in renovation projects
5. Maintain good relationship with tenants;
6. Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
* 职位要求1. Fresh graduate will also be considered
2. Certificate/above holder in Engineering or related discipline, B.S. Engineering or E&M Engineering preferred.
3. Minimum 1 year working experience in building repair and maintenance field preferable in commercial building;
4. Good customer service attitude and communication skill;
5. Able to work independently and under pressure
