妊高症成因复杂，骗子正是看中了这点，竟然敢在文章里说“医生是不会跟你说清楚的，医生只会跟你说成因复杂，我跟你说哦……”真是气得我手发抖。你狐仙啊？科学说不清楚的事情你就说清楚了？
发一个课件截屏，你们就知道我为什么不愿意在文章中阐述妊高症的成因和预防了。然后她发了一个截图：说：实在是说不清楚啊。所以，这位医生，你到底是说不说得清楚？？？？
平心而论，我说“百度或者医生都只会告诉你病因不明，不会和你说太多有的没的。”这句话不对吗？百度就不用说了，上面资料很少。而医生，我很明显是把百度和医生割裂开来谈的。
你说，一个忙得不可开交的妇科医生，每天看那么多病人，看到的都是病人，平时会有耐心和还没有怀孕的备孕女性们阐述一个国外有可能性的假说，让她们最大可能避免产生子痫吗？
再说，你骂我的时候写了几千字还没有说清楚，说科学说不清楚，说自己说不清楚，那你平时到底和其他人说清楚了吗？没有吧。我所言不虚吧？
我就平心静气说“有个恐怖的病因假说”。你怎么脑补出来一句恶意满满的“医生是不会和你说清楚的，医生只会跟你说成因复杂，我跟你说哦……”这句话哪里来的？
据说，你脑子里的话，复述出来的话，就是平时你听到的声音。医患关系很紧张没错。医生是弱势群体，我知道。你在我微博搜“医患”“医闹”，可以看到很多条：可以看到，我一向都是怎么向着医生们说话，怎么谴责不良媒体和医闹的。但是，从你对我的话的恶意满满的脑补，让我看到一个剑拔弩张的医生形象。我是健康的人虽然生气，但可以自己平息下来缓一缓再写东西回复你。对于一个病人来讲，她正在痛苦的时候，对于一个家属来讲，在他心急如焚的时候，容易误会你的表述，就容易产生矛盾。也许，你放柔软一点，哪怕多一个微笑，也会往促进医患关系和谐的方向走一大步。
是的，国外都是假说。我不知道是假说吗？我没有一开始说清楚是假说吗？
是，没错，是假说，但假说也需要做实验发论文的好吗？国外搞科研的前沿医生和团队，顶级期刊杂志和著作上的各种假说，应该比给各位随便四个字“说不清楚”有用吧。你自己说不清楚，有人做了实验发了论文说清楚了，难道还不如“说不清楚”了？
还有我看了医生建议，建议基本都是治疗。
比如昨天我转那篇就是：“怎么治疗？一个药：硫酸镁。一个手段：终止妊娠。”
还有就是保持体重血压年龄要适中等老生常谈。得了病要治，要听医生的。我们都知道好吗？我们现在说的难道不是预防，预防，预防吗？搞达尔文医学的人提出的观点，有假想有论文有数据，我不能po到朋友圈给我的朋友和粉丝吗？本来是内部自己看看的，因为被钻营的人泄露出来断章取义开喷，害得我只好贴出全文说明情况。然后又被你们喷了一轮。
不过，好在贴出来讨论，我又收到了各方面的补充材料。今天就再贴这里一些内容，大家自己看吧。
一开始，关于如何预防子痫，我把多篇文章和总结成了几十个字的“说人话”，包括：
1.补充维生素C。
2.多搞，内射。让阴道多接触精子。
3.口交乃至吞精。
4.把夫妻感情充分建设好。
目测1和4大家都没有异议，重点在于2和3。引发很多恶评，我觉得需要再说明一下来源。

The involvement of immune mechanisms in the aetiology of preeclampsia is often suggested. Normal pregnancy is thought to be associated with a state of tolerance to the foreign antigens of the fetus, whereas in preeclamptic women this immunological tolerance might be hampered. The present study shows that oral sex and swallowing sperm is correlated with a diminished occurrence of preeclampsia which fits in the existing idea that a paternal factor is involved in the occurrence of preeclampsia. Because pregnancy has many similarities with transplantation, we hypothesize that induction of allogeneic tolerance to the paternal HLA molecules of the fetus may be crucial. Recent data suggest that exposure, and especially oral exposure to soluble HLA (sHLA) or HLA derived peptides can lead to transplantation tolerance. Similarly, sHLA antigens, that are present in the seminal plasma, might cause tolerance in the mother to paternal antigens. In order to test whether this indeed may be the case, we investigated whether sHLA antigens are present in seminal plasma. Using a specific ELISA we detected sHLA class I molecules in seminal plasma. The level varied between individuals and was related to the level in plasma. Further studies showed that these sHLA class I molecules included classical HLA class I alleles, such as sHLA-A2, -B7, -B51, -B35 and sHLA-A9. Preliminary data show lower levels of sHLA in seminal plasma in the preeclampsia group, although not significantly different from the control group. An extension of the present study is necessary to verify this hypothesis.
注意：This study examines whether maternal-fetal histocompatibility is associated with preeclampsia, and whether effects vary by semen exposure history.

但我只想说：对于正在备孕的需要防范子痫的小夫妻而言，额，为了宝宝健康，口交和吞精这两种我觉得这是可以被接受的。

这是发表在Lancent柳叶刀上的，影响因子很高的一篇。试管婴儿比自然怀孕容易发生子痫。精液暴露度高的子痫风险低。

We compared rates of pre-eclampsia and gestational hypertension in women whose genital tracts had and had not been exposed to their partner's sperm cells.
