* 职位描述1. Provide HR administrative support and maintain and update HR system and staff records;
2. Assist in recruitment process and C&B administration;
3. Perform helpdesk support to internal end-users;
4. Maintain and update the HK Phil’s website;
5. Assist in IT projects including new technology initiatives.
* 职位要求1. Higher Diploma or university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
2. Proficient in MS office applications;
3. Familiar with HTML will be an advantage;
4. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
5. Strong interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility;
6. Outgoing, well-organized and a good team player.
